Digital Marketing 360, a division of Prudencio LLC, is committed to delivering professional marketing consultation services, including paid advertising, designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms related to payments, returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

 

2. Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payment Schedule: Payments are required upfront unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement. Services will not commence until payment has been successfully processed.
 

3. Service Delivery

• Upon successful payment, Digital Marketing 360 will initiate service delivery as per the agreed timeline.

• Clients will receive written confirmation of the agreed scope of work and estimated timelines for deliverables.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement: Clients may cancel services before work begins to receive a full refund.

After Service Commencement: Cancellations after service commencement are subject to prorated charges based on the work already completed. Certain non-refundable fees, such as advertising costs paid to third parties, will be deducted from the refund.

 

5. Refund Policy

Consultation Services: Refunds for consultation services are not available after delivery of the agreed service unless there is a documented failure to fulfill the terms outlined in the agreement.

Paid Advertising Campaigns: Advertising budgets are non-refundable once the campaign has been launched. Digital Marketing 360 is not responsible for refunds related to ad spend managed on behalf of the client.

Refund Request Process: Clients must submit a written refund request to paulo@dmarketing360.com within 14 days of service delivery, including specific reasons and supporting documentation for the request.

 

6. Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not applicable. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.

 

7. Disputes

In the event of a payment or service dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly at paulo@dmarketing360.com to seek resolution. Digital Marketing 360 reserves the right to review and resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.

 

8. Updates to This Policy

Digital Marketing 360 reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
